| We ship packages by Fedex Ground and UPS Ground. Shipping charges are automatically estimated by our shipping cart as you shop. If you require 2 day or overnight, please contact us by phone (404) 384 0461. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for charges on returned packages if you type in the wrong shipping address. For all US orders, shipping is automatically calculated when you use our convenient shopping cart. |
| Out of Stock Items: We do our best to keep all items in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will email you to give you the option of holding an order until the item is in stock. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will delete that item from your order and send your order without the out of stock item. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. |
| Rush Orders: If you need your order by a certain date, please call us to place your order. Rush requests sent by email after placing the order cannot be honored. A $5 rush order will fee will apply in addition to any expedited shipping charges. |
| Return Policy |
| Due to the nature of our products, we cannot allow returns. If any items are missing from your order or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Refused orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. |

| We strive to quickly turn around all orders. Within hours, your order may have already processed. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of ordering. All cancelled orders after 2 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call us if you need to make a change to your order. |
